Develop, execute sales plans in the territory in order to ensure achievement of sales targets and realization as per the plan.
- Interact with customers.
- Submit quotation.
- Negotiate and finalize the deal in consultation with Product Head.
- Recommend and seek approval from competent authority wherever required.
- Follow up with factory for timely execution of orders.
- Provide feedback to Stream Lead.
Establish effective customer relationship with a view to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Attend pre and post sales customer complaints.
- Provide/arrange technical help and support to the customer.
Execute plan for improving market share and growing market.
- Collect information about market and competitor’s movement.
- Assess market potential.
- Prospect and develop new customer.
- Provide feedback to the Stream Lead.
Monitor and execute guidelines on the receivables for collection of money from the customer in time.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts for periodic information.
- Follow-up with the customer in order to ensure timely collection of money.
- Provide feedback to the Stream Lead.
Study and recommend for appointment of dealer/distributor for strengthening dealer network.
- Collect information from prospective distributors.
- Assess their capabilities/potential.
- Forward the recommendation to the Stream Lead.
Assist the Stream Lead in studying the scope of new application development and in establishing the new application/product.
- Study the market of new applications.
- Send the report to the Stream Lead.
- Assist the Stream Lead in execution of new product development/ application plan.
- Track pilot supply.
- Obtain feedback from the customer on its trial.
- Provide the report to the Stream Lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering
