Job Title: Contract Management Executive (Sr. Executive/AM/DM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Management Professional to handle contracts for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid projects. The candidate will play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for BOS EPC, Transmission Lines, Feeder Bays, Pooling Substations, PPA, and O&M contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting & Negotiation:

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid Power Projects.
• Manage contracts related to BOS EPC, Transmission Lines, Feeder Bays, Pooling Substations, PPA, and O&M.

Legal Expertise:

• Provide legal responses to counterparties and ensure compliance with the Indian Contract Act, Indian Electricity Act, Arbitration Act, and Mediation Rules.
• Address dispute resolution mechanisms through arbitration and mediation.

Finalization of Awards:

• Manage the finalization of contracts and awards for various renewable energy projects.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and review legal/contractual documents and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Analytical Support:

• Provide insights using Excel for cost and risk analysis.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: LLB graduate (mandatory).

Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience in Contract Management, preferably in the Renewable Energy or EPC Project industry.
• Hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for solar and wind projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of applicable laws such as the Indian Electricity Act and Rules, Indian Contract Act, and Arbitration Act.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Competencies:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
