About the company: Aditya Pratap Law Offices is a law firm in Mumbai. Our offices are situated in Bhakti Park in Wadala East. We have a well-established clientele along with a broad field in practice. We specialize both in civil and criminal law and practice litigation across all courts in Mumbai. About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Writing and preparing legal case studies 2. Writing articles on legal topics of contemporary relevance 3. Keeping track of the latest judgments of the supreme court and high courts having bearing on our areas of practice 4. Working on legal research and analysis of case laws 5. Working on legal articles, publications, and writing assignments 6. Writing legal representations to public authorities on issues of major importance and following up for necessary action 7. Participating in public hearings conducted by statutory authorities Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 14th Sep’21 and 19th Oct’21
• are available for duration of 3 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
• are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
