Sr. Manager Airline Operations & Ticketing

Goals

1. Develop strategic policies and programs.

2. Handling and overseeing all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations.

3. Managing relationships with vendors (Specially Airlines)

4. Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers.

5. Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.

6. Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.

7. Drive continuous improvement of travel programs.

8. Responsible for sourcing, generating & closing new acquisition, action towards targets.

9. Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development.

10. Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.

11. Create an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral.

12. Follow up with leads regularly.

13. Maintaining Sales and Promotion for the company

14. Managing the existing travel Agents accounts and generating regular revenue from them.

15. Manage & drive multi-city sales team, target planning, distribution & tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
