Full Job Description
The CS Benefit Admin group works on providing support to client’s requests in various benefits related queries. The group works on a whole range of tasks which are divided into groups. The requests come in from clients and WSEs and the team provides resolution and communicates through email.
Below are some of the expectations from an associate who would like to work in this team
