· Job Title: Customer Service Representative

· Location: Bandra(w), Mumbai

· Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Responding promptly to customer calls and inquiries via phone or e-mail.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Generate sales leads

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Knowing our services better so that you can answer questions.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

· Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Bandra west, Mumbai – 400050, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
