Job Description
- Developing functional requirement specifications (Blueprint and change requests)
- Providing delivery advice (Blueprint, configuration, programming or workflow) and ensuring technical integrity of the delivered solution
- Providing advice in data mapping requirements
- Assisting in providing technical requirements for interfacing, reporting and payslips (preparation of functional specifications)
SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for GV Implementation Americas
- Analyse the blueprint in all aspects including the statutory calculations
- Configure the system as per the business requirements detailed in the blueprint within agreed timelines
- Escalate any risk of quality or schedule in advance
- Coordinate with Lead and MS Implementation Consultant and ensure delivery of all deliverables on time.
- Resolve UAT issues in a timely manner with high quality solution
- Liaise with Lead Consultant on PTD loads and Parallel issues resolution.
- Support Client Go-live
- Estimate and support Client¿s Change Requests
- Complete the transition documentation for handover to Support
