Responsibilities:- Manage client’s social media accounts.- Research and plan a content calendar for client accounts by considering the latest trends.- Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote brands.- Collaborate with the design team and content team to get the images and videos designed on time.- Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.- Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.- Connect with industry influencers, build relationships and reach out for brand promotions.- Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.- Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance.- Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.- Plan and create social media paid campaigns.Requirements- 1 year experience as a social media at a similar company.- knowledge of all leading social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), including their algorithms.- Understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.- Have ownership and responsibility for the entire social media for the company and clients- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.- Portfolio of Organic and Paid social media campaigns handled in the past.- Having outstanding copywriting skills and experience in the B2B industry would be an added benefit.- Good understanding of social media ads.- Good written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:- Work From Home (30 days in a year)- 5 days a week.- Opportunity for career & professional growth- Quarterly Award- COVID Leaves- Referral Policy (ref:updazz.com)
