Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing proactive visibility of financial performance while serving as an activist around performance management issues, strategic & operational planning, and decision support. The role is responsible for identifying, driving and leading financial and business analysis and will support Supply Chain, Distribution Operations.
The ideal candidate has intense curiosity, learner mindset, passion to drive ideas and initiatives to completion, excellent analytics abilities, and communication skills. Sr Financial analyst will excel in data-driven decision making and will be comfortable with ambiguity and faced paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute core financial processes including period forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), variance analysis and period financial reviews with business partners.
Manage forecasting models, processes and reports to provide financial insights to the business partners
Develop and execute performance management metrics, reports, dashboards (Excel & Power BI) to drive business decisions and accountability
Identify opportunities, develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to help business partners achieve operational and financial targets
Provide superior financial analysis, modeling, trending, and what-if capabilities to identify opportunities in the business and assist with decision support
Improve analytical/reporting tools to achieve efficiency, automation and self-reporting for business partners
Maintain detailed knowledge of financial/accounting processes and provide guidance to the business partners

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Analytics. Advance degree and/or CMA, FMVA, CFA preferred
Experience in operations finance supporting business teams. Supply Chain Finance (DC Operations and Inventory) preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results. Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
Advanced Excel
Technical analytics skills preferred: SQL, R, Power BI, Access, Hyperion, PBCS/Smartview.
