JOB DESCRIPTION : The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for regional talent acquisition operations, including team performance, requisition management, sourcing, selection, and hire of full-time candidates and contingent staff on behalf of the hiring manager. This role will be based from Advance Auto Part’s office in Hyderabad.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and lead team of Recruiting professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Corporate and Retail leadership roles
Develop detailed recruiting strategies to meet the functional needs for talent acquisition and introduce candidates to managers in anticipation of future hiring needs
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners
Partner with hiring manager, HR, Compensation, and Business Management partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process for management level roles, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods)
Provide strategic guidance to leaders regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates
Manage sensitive and confidential matters, and utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to resolve complex issues
Work with the Diversity Equity and Inclusion team to attraction and support diverse slates and promote and manage internal mobility process
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Ability to manage and lead teams.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
12+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Good Excel / Presentation skills
Good people connect with outstanding PR skills
Understanding on sourcing & market / competition
Eye for detail and quick response time
