Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Service through Calls and Chat.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
- Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
- To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12th Pass with 1 year experience into customer service(voice/Chat can apply).
- Graduate Fresher/ Undergraduate fresher can also apply.
- Candidate should have excellent Written and verbal skills.
- Must be comfortable with 24*7 working environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
