Responsibilities:
Handling 2-3 Accounts Individually with a trainee to execute your A/C task
Managing & Leading a team of 3-4 PPC specialists and helping them with strategy-level insights to achieve their client goals and targets i.e. a total of 15-20 A/cs.
Complete ownership of all the team members & their client’s performance and results requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Daily Team Morning Scrum Calls with your team to check their client’s numbers and performance and help them wherever needed
Daily Internal Reporting – End-of-the-Day Reporting
Creating Monthly Media plans for your accounts and assisting other Associates in Creating their accounts
Going on Your Weekly Client Calls with Weekly Reports to be presented
Going on Bi-Weekly Client Calls for Associates’ Account / High Priority Accounts
Understand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance for your set of clients & Associates.
Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to the client.
Build, watch, and maintain the budget and track success metrics.
Creating new systems and SOPs when required to iron out recurring issues
Work with leadership(Founder) to explain and modify strategic plans.
Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.
Weekly Call with the Management to Share the progress of the team and performance review and measure the same
Be responsible for Quality and timely deliverables for clients requests.
Doing Potential Client Audits & Creating an action plan to scale
New Fresher/ Team-member training

Candidate Requirement
Qualifications & Requirements:
Should have at least 1+ years of work experience in managing and leading a team
1+ years of relevant work experience in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) & Medium level Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Account Management)
Have experience in managing advertising spending upwards of 5 Lacs/month per client account.
Have Advance Skills in Google Sheets & Excel (Pivot, filters, Slicer, Dicer, Graphs)
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision-maker..
