Job Responsibilities – ADMIN1. Check mails & reply to mails and forward to related department2. Receive purchase order from client and reply with a thank you note3. Once order is received add the order in software and send to respective department Purchase1. Make purchase order and place to respective vendors2. Negotiate with vendor and make the maximum possible benefit to company3. Once order is placed follow-up with the respective vendor for the goods and ensurethere is no delay in the procurement4. Maintain the stock in excel for an easy procurement processJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Must be vaccinatedEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Purchasing Executives & Buyers: 2 years (Preferred)
