Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Digital marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. Candidate must have a sound knowledge of various digital marketing aspects such as SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Google Analytics/Adwords.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive customer specific E-commerce promotions to grow online market share and enhance brand presence.
• Manage paid promotions and analyse the campaigns so as to plan and strategize accordingly.
• Account management of Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, 1 Mg, Netmeds, First Cry India, Paytm, Snapdeal etc. A candidate will be responsible for Listing of Products, Optimization of listings, Running Promotions, Executing Campaigns, Keyword Optimization, Account Reconciliation, Return Management and be in constant touch with category teams to grow business on platform.
• Manage both B2C & B2B model operations: Replenishment – Work with stock manager to ensure healthy inventory metrics on B2C Marketplaces.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Competition analysis and tracking the behaviour of different competitors.
• In depth knowledge of SEO, SMM, SEM and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize company’s social media channels including planning, designing & execution. Creating engaging social media strategies and executive plans that cultivates audience and Increase Company’s web presence.
• This role would entail multiple tasks that would need you to be proficient in Microsoft office as well.

Additional Information:

• Excellent Communications Skills are must (Both written & verbal). (Required)
• Candidate with working experience in digital marketing and e-commerce will be preferred.
