Join us.SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Visualizer with expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine to join our visualization team in EC Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional visualizations and possess advanced skills in Unreal Engine development. They will play a key role in leading and executing projects, driving innovation, and mentoring junior team members.Primary Responsibilities include by are not limited to:

• Lead the development of high-quality, photorealistic visualizations using Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior visualizers, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Implement advanced lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to achieve desired visual effects.
• Optimize performance and workflow efficiency within Unreal Engine, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Unreal Engine and 3D visualization.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of visual concepts, workflows, and pipelines.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews, effectively communicating ideas and solutions.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent in Visualization, Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or related field.
• Extensive professional experience from 10-15 years working with Unreal Engine, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced visualizations.
• Deep understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Proficiency in post-production software seg: Adobe AE, Premier and Nuke.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal), leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Blueprint or Python.
• Previous experience working in the AEC industry, design studio, or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with architectural visualization, product rendering, or automotive visualization.
