Roles and Responsibilities

Production Planning and

Adherence w.r.t. Marketing Plan

• Prepare day wise Plans.
• Conduct Reviews of SKU adherence
• Ensure Min. Loss from PPC
• Daily Production

Ensure BOM parts & FG stock

reconciliation w.r.t. SAP and Variance closure

• Fortnight Vehicle & Engine Inventory
• Weekly Parts Perpetual Inventory
• COGI analysis and Clearance
• Periodic BOM validation and correction

Ensure Adherence to Hangers and Trolley maintenance plan

Cost Control in PPC areas

• Manpower Productivity Reviews
• Hanger/trolley Maintenance cost reviews
• Consumable cost reviews

Domain Knowledge of SAP –PP/ EMF is must
