• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter. Doing all kinds of recruitment( Wide exposure in IT hiring at all levels).
• Experience in sourcing the profiles using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn.
• Review and understand the technical job requirement and Create detailed job descriptions. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, Offer Negotiations.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment. Organize learning and development programs.
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
• experience 2 years in IT at least.
