The ImpactYou’ll Make in this Role

We are looking for an Architect / Adobe Engineer tojoin our team. You will define end-to-end architecture formarketing platforms – including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) withopportunities to work on other Adobe technologies. As an AEMsubject matter expert, you’ll guide thinking, mentor teams offrontend and backend developers, as well as provide leadership ontechnology implementation choices to develop the best-in-classsolutions considering our business requirements, technical optionsand dataconfigurations.

Asan AEM Architect, you will have the opportunity to tap into yourcuriosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative anddiverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impactby:

• Collaborating onapplication design with internal stakeholders and applicationdevelopment teams, implement and monitor application developmentstages, and document application developmentprocesses.
• DevelopingDigital Consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite,including Web Content Management / Sites, DAM and SocialCollaboration.
• Conductingcode reviews to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate designpatterns are used.
• Mentoringjunior applicationdevelopers.
• Evaluating andrecommending software technologies in areas of disaster recovery,data integrity and security, evaluate alternatives, and analyzeproblems with datainfrastructures.

YourSkills and Expertise 
To set you up forsuccess in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at aminimum) the followingqualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree orhigher AND 10 years of working experience in digital customerexperience development in a private, public, or governmentenvironment.

AND

Inaddition to the above requirements, the following are alsorequired:

• 5 years of experience inarchitecture, design or development of enterprise applications andintegrations.
• 5 years of experience of theend-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, contentpublishing / deployment, and deliveryprocesses
• 3 years of working with AdobeExperienceManager.

Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in thisrole include:

• Experience with AkeneoPIM
• Experience withAlgolia
• Experience with CI/CDprocesses.
• Experience with Jira andConfluence
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively conveytechnical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
