Job Description:
Were looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and to lead the customer service team to greater heights. Youll supervise approximately 10 full-time employees who are in contact with our customers (both businesses and individuals) in person and via email, phone, live chat and other methods.
Responsibilities:-
– Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
– Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
– Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
– Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
Team management experience:-
– Coaching and communication skills
– Minimum of 1 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Manager
– Experience within customer services
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
– Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
– Energetic and motivating individual
– Creative thinking.
Location: Surat
Salary: 20,000 to – 35,000 /month
Experience :- 1 year to 4 Year as a Team Leader/Supervisor
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
