The role will be based in our COE Pune office. You will bring direct experience in a B2B security software/SaaS company with hands-on experiences working with UX defining user interfaces and actionable workflows, integration of third-party solutions, unique asset identification methods, etc. Understanding of different types of assets and hosts including on-prem, containers, cloud workloads, ephemeral workloads, and IOT is required.What would you be doing?Lead the ideation and detailed specification of features tailored for cyber security asset management.Write requirements for product deliverables including the scope & acceptance criteria (the what) and the business need driving them (the why) so that both the purpose and the intended outcome is clearly understood by all stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams. Act as the point of liaison between product and engineering departments, ensuring efficient translation of product visions into actionable development plans.Coordinate, assign, and provide technical and use case assistance to cross-department teams including Technical Publications for internal and end user documentation, technical enablement for internal operational and presales teams, and translate technical functionality to customer benefits and outcomes for Content and Product Marketing teams.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in inventory management, different vendors in this space, integrations with other security vendors for inventory purposes. Translate insights into product improvements and new feature ideas.Demonstrate a deep understanding of various asset management solutions. Oversee their deployment and integration, ensuring they meet user needs and are scalable and efficient.Work with Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner Enablement to define compelling use cases to illustrate unique value propositions for our offerings.Work with Critical Start Local and US-based Leaders in a matrixed management delivery organization.Establish goals, objectives, and KPIs to measure performance of your products and drive continuous improvement.Clear and organized communication skills both speaking and writing in English.Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets and deadlines, incorporate performance improvement feedback, and learn new processes.What will you bring?1-3 years product management and/or SME experience at a B2B Security/SaaS companyExperience with the PLM lifecycle: market analysis, business case, product definition, launch, growth, and cross-sellExperience with the Asset Management, Asset Inventory, Cyber security, EDR, Attack surface management, vulnerability management solutions.Prior solution and service delivery experience who can listen and learn, and build empathy for our customers and key internal stakeholders for your product offeringsStrong business and quantitative analysis skills to define, measure, and improve key performance indicators of the organization.Other Technical Skills:Agile Methodology (Kanban), Pragmatic Marketing, Kano ModelMS Office, including data analysis using ExcelJira, Confluence, FigmaWhat’s the working environment like?This job operates in a professional office environment, but we don’t take it too seriously.
