Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Efficient monitoring & control of the direct, indirect expenses and implementation of the budget at site level
- Verification of bills received from departments as per terms & conditions of agreements/POs/work orders
- Projection of cash flow, preparing fund allocation/utilization/distribution
- Periodic reconciliation of all vendors accounts
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports (MIS)
- Manage accounting work including all bank reconciliations, periodic cash flow statements and other banking operation
- Handling accounts & finance audits at site level
- Continuous interaction and liaison with client/consultant for certification of RA bills and for resolving tax related issues
- Maintaining all records of all project insurances/policies and ensuring timely renewal of same
- Preparation of Service tax, GST etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation with PG Specialization in Accounts/Finance
10+ Years of experience in various projects
Positions available at projects in India and Overseas
