Candidate Skill Requirement: 1. Server Handling Expert 2. Office 365 Support Expert 3. Networking Knowledge 4. PC Hardware Repair Knowledge 5. responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications 6. setting up and installing new computers, networks and software 7. setting up user accounts and profiles on the network 8. installing updates, known as patches, to software applications 9. installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office 10. diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults 11. maintaining inventories of hardware and software 12. managing backups of servers, in case of data loss 13. keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
