Responsibilities
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Interact with candidates, Conducting initial screening and scheduling F2F/ Zoom/ Telephonic Interviews
Must have good experience in salary negotiation
Conduct induction program for new joining.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Experienced in employee engagement activities
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Manage employees’ grievances
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, Word) and various HR software programs including HRIS
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
Skill Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and attendance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
