Job role:
We are looking out for a Video Editor who can take a project from scratch to finish. You are expected to understand and evaluate the brief of the Client and the Director on the project, make necessary relevant value additions and achieve the desired communications in a more effective yet time friendly manner, and bring to life the production on the edit table.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the team to edit and produce well packaged Video/films that delivers the communication.
· Organize and Manage edit projects, shoot and stock data.
· Plan and keep in loop the team on the timeliness of deliverables at hand.
· Stay up to date with best practices and technological improvements for a better workflow.
Requirements:
· Strong hold of Adobe Premier Pro and Aftereffects.
· Min. 0-1 year of experience working as a Film/Video Editor.
· Understanding of narratives and storyline. Attention to composition and detail.
· Bachelor’s in a relevant department of Film Making.
The candidate should have the following system specifications as this is mandatory for the project:
16 GB Ram
2GD Graphic Card
Intel i7 & above
Skills
· Review script and raw material to make a shot decision.
· Working and managing multiple edit projects at the same time
· Fluent working with multiple camera file formats and output mediums.
· Understanding of color grading and mastering audio.
· Super/Subtitling/Motion graphics sensibilities.
· Must be a team player and be able to consistently meet project deadlines/milestones.
