Aga Khan Academies Hiring For School Counselor at India Full Time

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for delivery of a comprehensive counseling program

Focused on supporting and encouraging students’ success, with adjustment to boarding school life and their intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social health and well-being

Within the School Counseling team, this position has responsibility for approximately 50% personal counseling and 50% college/career counseling.

Distinct from, but supportive of, the regular processes of student monitoring, management and discipline.

The requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or school counseling

Professional licensure/certification

School and college counseling experience

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

2+ years high school counseling or college admissions experience

Multicultural/international school experience

Comfortable making large group presentations to various stakeholders
