AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Global Supply Chain Sustainability Lead .

This role serves as the key liaison between Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Procurement and Sustainability functions, ensuring supplier compliance with ESG standards and managing supplier engagement through a structured assessment and rating program.

Your Impact

• Develop, communicate, and implement a global Supply Chain Sustainability strategy aligned with AGCO’s Corporate Sustainability objectives.

• Lead the implementation and execution of the global Conflict Minerals program, including SEC filings, budgeting, governance, and supplier communication.

• Act as a liaison between EHS, Procurement and Sustainability teams, ensuring compliance with ESG and regulatory requirements (EU REACH, California Prop 65, Maine Act, German Supply Chain Act, PFAS, etc.).

• Manage the Supplier engagement, assessment & rating process, driving supplier engagement activities to mitigate sustainability risks and improve environmental and social performance within AGCO’s supply chain.

• Provide input into ESG reporting related to supply chain sustainability metrics and initiatives.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Sustainability, with a proven track record in program development and implementation

• Strong leadership, project management, and data analysis skills

• Experience in managing sustainability compliance requirements and supplier engagement initiatives

• Understanding of supply chain risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to environmental and social factors
