Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Technical Lead – Mobile Applications (CICD) .

Technical Lead – Mobile Applications (CICD) is accountable for delivering service-based applications assigned to the Digital Customer Experience area. This role applies the combined professional skills, AGCO knowledge and technical expertise to support and deliver AGCO business in Digital Transformation area using cutting edge web technologies and Agile development practices.

What You Will Do:

• Work with engineers and product management teams across multiple organizations to advise and influence architecture and technical strategies.

• Constant learning and applying of new technologies/frameworks.

• Create relationship and partnership building skills with customers, vendors, peers, and upper management, within and across organizational boundaries.

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of business experience

• Experience using one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Bash

• IOS and Android Mobile App development background is a huge advantage, minimum requirement is at least 3 of these: MSBuild/dotnet toolchain, Maven, Gradle, NPM toolchain, OSX administration, Cross-Platform build tool experience, Mobile App testing experience

• Experience in designing or supporting web applications in an enterprise-scale production environment (Azure and AWS)

• Experience using one or more of the following tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, Sonar, Fortify

• Experience designing solutions using cloud application services such as data pipelines, data streams, message queues, workflows, and notifications

• Experience working with version control systems such as TFS or Git is a must

• Experience with application performance engineering and optimization

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or other containerization and orchestration solution is advantageous

• Strong working knowledge of web application architecture, service-oriented architecture, Microservices and networking protocols

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English

• Effective Interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to serve as a technical advisor to developers, QA, and project managers

• Awareness of and ability to implement cloud security best practices

• Problem-solving skills needed: complex

• Require complex judgements and solutions based on sophistical analytical thought by comparing and selecting complex alternatives.

• In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Extensive research is usually called for, but it may not be conducted or even championed by the individual
