Job Description

Location: Noida Experience: 8-10 years No. Of Openings: 1

• Conduct organization-wide training need assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Design, develop and facilitate training sessions for the employees.
• Conduct pre and post training assessment to analyze the gap and planning the future training’s accordingly.
• Research on training methods suitable for skill development.
• Liaise in with internal stakeholders to finalize the training topics as per client/work/organizational requirements.
• Liaise in with services team to arrange in-house training sessionswith necessary amenities.
• Research and recommend the latest training approaches to make the programs more effective.
• Assess training effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session and do the analysis of the same.
• Maintain an effective relationship with all the trainees and trainers.
• Maintain training database/records, like attendance, feedbacks etc.
• Sharing monthly reports with the management as per the requirement.

Job Specification

• Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years in the technical training coordination role in IT industry.
• Proven work experience as anIT Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting and understanding of full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
