6-14years of experience in Data Analytics and AI/ ML

Established expertise in Data engineering, AI/ML, Analytics – technical and solutioning capability.

5+ years of Leadership role experience in a technology service/product company in AI/ML and data analytics.

Experienced in delivering 4-5 Medium to Big Enterprise Analytics products to market

Prior Experience of working in Product manager capacity in AI/ML and data analytics area.

Experience of converting business problems into analytics solutions and bringing new sales opportunities.

Lead and develop a team of data analysts, data engineers and Machine Learning engineers and researchers to develop analytical solutions

Solid experience in developing and building AI/ ML models for different industry verticals (Finance/ Insurance/ Automobile/ Telecom etc)

Prior experience of Software development and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Data Studio, Looker)

Expert knowledge in multiple Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,GCP) of which GCP is must.

Problem Solving aptitude and focus on Standardization.

Experience Engaging with prospects/clients/sales to develop and convert new business opportunities.

Capability development of technical experts within and outside the Practice.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a cross-functional setting, while inspiring the same in the team.

Conceive, create, and deliver value propositions and solutions for taking to market.

Excellent written and communication skills, as the candidate is meant to interact with multiple departments aiding them in the proper application and effectiveness of data analysis.
