AGID Hiring for Financial Controller (Marine Field) at Cochin Full Time

• Coordinate activities and ensured seamless operations across Commercial, Finance & Accounts, Quality, Administration and HR departments of the organization.
• Partner with the CEO and the Board Members in implementing policy decisions, business forecasts and other process improvement initiatives for maintaining organizational P/L.
• Define and implement financial policies & procedures in compliance with overall group policies. Assess and manage budgets, conducting cost-benefit analysis based on financial models and reports.

• Full responsibility for collating financial data for external audit and other regulatory review.

• Ascertain organizational financial health based on consolidated monthly accounts, monthly management reports (MMS), cash flow, budget and variance analysis. Render guidance to Accounts team on VAT & IFRS compliance.
• Represent the organization in internal and statutory audits for implementing internal control systems and other audit recommendations based on identified deviations
• Negotiate with Banks and HO for long and short-term finance & other facilities and work on utilization of L/C, L/G & Working capital limits management

Requirements:

3+ years experience in same industry

Bachelors in Commerce or finance

Strong negotiating and reporting skills

Preferably Male
