Job Responsibilities:
– Should be an expert with recruitment.
– Office construction and management.
– Extend intense support to Dubai office.
– Assist with recruitment activities towards India and other countries.
– Handle payrolls and be well aware of the local law and regulations.
– Prior experience in handling administrative duties will be an addon.
– Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
– Redirect calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person/department.
– Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
– Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.).
– Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
– Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
– Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
– Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
– Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
– Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions and office management.
– Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
– Age: Up to 35 years.
– Candidates within the chemical industry and working with a SME would be preferred.
– Positive attitude.
