Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, and negotiating and finalizing contracts. Negotiating rates with vendors & managing long-term relations with them.The concept is to create the bench ( thru internal support, and recruit thru the internet and sourcers ) Internal support is from job applicants on web site, or consultants coming out of projects

Role & tasks

• Sanitize resumes and speak to consultants to format and keep ready for active and virtual bench

• work with Sourcers /recruiters to generate fresh candidates on a daily basis in tech and nontech areas

• Get signed RTR and NCA/NDA as needed from candidates and keep on record, with rate information agreed upon

• Have rate card information ready for hotlist candidates

• verify employment authorization and store it in a database for use as necessary

• Ensure candidates are ready for an interview, prepped, and confidant technically and personally

• Prepare hotlist and publish them daily to clients, on social media, and in outreach campaigns

• Share a hotlist of available resources virtual and current to RMG for internal requirements from sales teams

• Post resume of bench candidates in various job portals for reach including Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn,

• Reach to implementation partners and hiring firms regularly to establish relationships to send hotlist

• before the interview, ensure the candidate is aware of phone, meeting techniques and do a mock as needed

• after the interview, close the deal with the client and obtain SOW or PO from the client

• Complete paperwork with the candidate to get acceptance and pass kit to HR for processing

• Prepare trackers for RMG and mgt team on activities and bench availability and success rates

• Identify placement partners in all Geographies to clear our bench

Requirements

Must be or have

• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work in Night Shift (US Timing)

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Experience in US IT Recruitment and bench sales

• Adept in handling US interviews for candidates

• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Google tools preferred

• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.

• build a databank of at least 1000 resources to achieve a bench of 100 and placement of 30 per year out of that

• Place a minimum of 2 per month from the active bench
