ABOUT US:
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen potential candidates for various positions
- Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to find and attract top talent
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to source and attract top talent
STIPEND: INR 5000 per month
