Position Business Analyst Location India, Remote (Work from Anywhere in India) Experience 5+ Years Salary Best in the Industry General Description We are looking for the Business Analyst to join Agilité, work with the product team and the users, analyse the
requirements and defined the user stories as per the client needs. Business analyst should be able to split the
workflows and features into User stories.

The business analyst will create a User story with INVEST model and acceptance criteria. Work Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in working with product team and users

• Expertise in financial domain

• Responsible for ensuring a high level of requirement quality for accurately pointed user stories

• Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is clear and accurate

• Reviews and approves Test Scenarios from QA

• Perform User Acceptance Testing as a quality gate

• Find, triage, report, and document all bugs (in UAT)

• Work with product management to gain approval for release (Release Management)

• Creation of internal release notes

• Provide feedback to product from the Sprint Demo (Product owns sign off)

• Responsible for backlog grooming, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives

• Creation of non-functional requirements

• Inclusion in UI Wireframe design

• L3 metrics report out and RCA analysis

• Act as product management proxy and be able speak to roadmap contents

• Participation in Prioritized backlog
