As an Administration Associate at Agri Industries Vikas Chamber, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our dynamic and fast-paced organization. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint will also be key in performing your duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and other software as needed.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
- Support the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events by arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall office productivity.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
