3. Daily courier and Tracking status maintained with cross verify Monthly Bill.
4. Forward Stationery to Branches as per needs.
5. Sales staff Visiting Card printing order.
6. Dealer form Verification and check other all KYC details.
7. Call Handling of EPABX and Extension list update time to time.
8. Welcome to Guest & Hospitality, HO Birthday List.
9. Maintain office Stationery record and new order as per needs.
10. AC Service and record Maintain of AMC.
11. What’s app Group activities.
12. Proof Reading of All Stationery before printing & Place order and management of Vendor.
13. Timely updating Product details in Web Sites & as per other needs.
Arrangement of Meeting , Hotel & Ticket Booking.
14. Festival Posting prepare and forward to MD Sir.
15. Repairing and maintenance as per needs & New Purchase HO Assets.
16. General administration work and Branch support as per needs.
17. Yearly printing of Diary ,Calendar, Marketing Bag for staff, dealer & distributors.
18. Maintain and update details of Company Assets record.
19. Daily attendance of staff
20. Mobile/GPS Track Application handle with cross checking of Marketing Staff on TourSkills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience of 2-5 years as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
3. Graduate with any stream
4. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
5. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
