About the Role :

• Vendors reconciliations & Vendor management
• Vendors communications for-

• Discount provisions working
• Discount provision tracking & reversal
• Weekly Vendor payment list preparation
• Co-ordination between Finance & Category team for payments & vendors reconciliation
• Co-ordination with FC teams for inward issues / transit consignments

This role will be based out of Pune.

Key Qualificationss needed for this role-

• Purchase Accounting Knowledge/ Inventory Accounting/margin analysis /costing is a must
• Qualified / Semi Qualified having experience of purchase accounting & inventory management is must. CMA/ICWA profssional qualification is a plus.
• Great Communication skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders
• Inventory Accounting exp and knowledge is an added advantage
• Negotiation skills
• Basic Taxation knowledge
• Understanding of P to P (Purchase to payment) Cycle.
• Must have Handled a team size of 2-3 People.
