AGS International Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Mumbai Full Time

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM (IND), 9 PM – 6 AM (US)
Languages: English/Hindi
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Joining: Immediate

What will you be doing?
1. Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service.
2. Should be ready to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
3. Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA.
4. Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
5. Develop a professional relationship with customers with a good rapport.
6. Coordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
What we are looking for?
1. Exceptional English & Hindi communication skills (verbal & written).
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
3. Ability to convey information with confidence and in a simple manner
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
5. Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
6. Microsoft Office skills especially basic Excel
7. Should have analytical skills.
Experience: 1 + years of experience in Customer Service Mandatory

Joining: Immediate

Salary: 20,000 to 45,000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
