Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Data Control Specialist – (Version July 2022)

DEPARTMENT: File Set Up

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Accurate and timely creation of customer files in the ATLAS System. Creating customer profiles in ATLAS to support relocation requests from our clients. Using internal tools to make appropriate decisions to drive—client, contract, division, currency, move type, policy, products etc. in the main application, ATLAS. These decisions drive workflow, billing, service delivery, and financial drivers for the Company.

This team member will also manage updates to customer files and stuck customer resolutions.

This role will be expected to work shift equivalent to US EST Business hours

– Must be flexible and willing to work on Night Shifts – e.g., 8pm to 5am (IST), other shifts.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and accurate input of customer data in Atlas system.
• Understand key financial controls and the Contract and policy setup to support customer file creation.
• Accurate entry into the ATLAS system and ensure it is done with 100% accuracy.
• Manage update requests to customer files.
• Identification and communication of potential gaps in coding matrices to leadership
• Aide in training of new hires and/or temps
• Assist with new system roll outs and testing
• Assists with data integrity reports and projects
• Manage to sensitive and confidential information provided by our clients.
• Other projects and tasks as required by management

QUALIFICATION, EXPERINCE and BEHAVIOURS.

• Graduate with 2-4 years’ work experience in a customer experience or business operations role
• Back-office experience with excellent oral/written communication skills
• Prior relocation industry experience would be an advantage
• Customer service mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiative, move with speed, plan for the unexpected, overcome barriers, and be resilient
• Excellent comprehension & compositions skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately and compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word,) with strong data input skills
• Ability to process high volumes of confidential data with excellent accuracy whilst ensuring productivity goals are met/exceeded
• Strong analytical skills to identify conflicting information across multiple documents

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
