Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
2 to 10 years’ experience in the Call center voice process training into US market.
Conduct new hire trainings & short bursts of refresher training for the employees.
Conduct evaluation of prospective candidates for the US voice process executive role.
Train the employees on Grammar, phonetics, accent.
A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents.
Knowledge about voice articulation and rate of speech (speed of talking) and should be able to resolve minor MTI issues if any.
Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.
Self-confidence coupled with the ability to infuse confidence in others
Involve in auditing calls of the agents of the account aligned, using the pre-defined grading sheet along with the QA specialist to improve the quality of delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good understanding on any global language scales i.e. CEFR, IELTS, etc.
