Responsibilities

1) To be single point of contact for the Client, Management and the line managers.

2) To Plan and execute strategies for smooth running of the service Centre.

3) To guide the line managers, Supervisors and the technicians on the daily activities and on critical repair works.

4) Attendance management.

5) Work flow management across all branches.

6) Allocation of work like free/General/Paid/ Accident services to technicians with regular meeting with line supervisors.

7) Spot checks at all branches and report findings to management.

8) plan and conduct Trainings for technicians, CRE, Line Supervisors, Advisors.

9) Prepare and send daily reports to Client, Management and support Management in cricitical decision makings.

Qualifications

Candidate with 5+ yrs of experience in 2 Wheeler service industry, preferably in and around Madurai.

Graduation is advantage but not mandatory.

Should be well versed in Scooter and Motor cycle servicing.

Decent Written and oral communication.

Age above 28yrs and less than 40 yrs are welcome to apply.

Salary up to 25k / Month
