Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and other travel-related information
Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer-s satisfaction
Organize, schedule and book traveling tickets in accordance with the company’s proposed travel plans
Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
Assist and advise customers regarding their choice from a variety of possible travel options
Issue tickets and confirm bookings, accurately recording and maintaining all ticket transactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
Handle changes or cancellations to bookings, ensuring passengers are informed of any updates or changes to their travel plans
Update accurate record-keeping of bookings and ticket transactions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Stay updated on airline policies and procedures, and industry trends and changes
Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, including baggage allowances, visa requirements, and travel documentation
