Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Executive role located in Bengaluru at AISATS. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support and service management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction capabilities
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Customer Service Management expertise
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
