MANAGER – TALENT ACQUISITION
Job Summary:
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for executing and optimizing recruitment strategies to meet the dynamic hiring needs of aviation ground handling operations. This role will focus on high-volume and specialized hiring across functions such as ramp services, baggage handling, customer service, and technical support. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational recruitment experience, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
