Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at our Bengaluru office. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and security. Key tasks include managing staff, developing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with airport authorities and clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and authorities
• In-depth knowledge of ground handling and air cargo operations
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
