As a Customer Care Executive, you will serve as the crucial link between the consumer and our business

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
• Help resolve customer complaints
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and paymentsProvide technical support like order placement/website navigation
• Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
• Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
