Full Job Description
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives & Back OfficeCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Communicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
