Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer support agent with a non-voice process to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to the product and delivery issues [both pre-sales and post-sales queries]. The candidate should have excellent typing speed and the ability to take up calls if needed.

This process is for our client that is in the Beauty Industry; Female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of all products being sold by the client [beauty industry].
• Provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer queries related to the product and delivery issues.
• Address presales queries related to product features, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve postsales queries related to delivery issues, order tracking, and returns.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior experience in customer support with a non-voice process is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection to perform job duties

• This is a temporarily remote position and will move to hybrid in the future

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
