• Person having good personality with excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills, to deal with HVAC Architects, Consultants, Individual and Corporate Clients.
• Should have Fluency in English and Hindi, Excellent Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel and Internet).

Responsibilities and Duties

• To attend HVAC clientson phone as well as walk-ins if required.
• To explain about the HVACProducts, company profile, and Services to the clients.
• Preparing Bills and sending Quotations / offers through mail and following the same with the clients, sales/site engineers for converting them into orders.
• Keeping track of Purchase Order, Work Order and Advance received from clients, tracking deliveries, installation schedules, submission of bills, and collection of final payments.
• Maintaining after sales PR with the clients and generating new enquiries through referrals.
• Keeping track of installation/ service, supervisor, technicians.
• Managing field executives/ engineers and providing them require back office and marketing support to enhance business in the region.
• Keeping track of periodic business records and analysis to improve the track record and performance of the Team and Branch.
• Handling Customer Complaints
• Keep Track of Periodic Warranty Service Schedule & Depute the Technicians, Engineers for the same.
