Airful Hiring For QA Tester at Remote Full Time

What would you be required to do?
 Review and analyse system specifications
 Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
 Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
 Evaluate product code according to specifications
 Create logs to document testing phases and defects
 Report bugs and errors to development teams
 Help troubleshoot issues
 Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software
development lifecycle
 Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
 Executing tests on source code.
 Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
 Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.

 A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages,
and QA methodologies.
 Ensuring that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.

Who qualifies?
 Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
 Experience in project management and QA methodology
 Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
 Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
 Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
 Excellent communication skills
 Attention to detail

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
